Final photograph (before it was eaten) of the masterpiece horse cake that I made the night before I went into hospital to have my baby delivered in 1 hour. Standing over a hot oven and swearing over rolled out fondant must have done the trick...............! Mould was from IKEA, I bottled out and used bought icing, the 'grass' is desiccated coconut coloured with food colouring.
